Popup Nights in Dalton

Join us for an exciting end to the week filled with bubbles, fun, and an incredible dining experience. Enjoy an evening of special treats, refreshing drinks, and a great community vibe—all set to make your time with us memorable.

It is £50.00 per person and we ask for a £5 per person deposit.

Pop Up July Menu

Starters

  • CHICKEN, CARROT & BRIOCHE
    Roasted smoked chicken breast and confit leg terrine, warm carrot purée, toasted brioche.
  • GURNARD, ALMOND & TOMATO
    Fillet of gurnard, colcannon and almond croquet, slow roasted cherry tomato sauce.
  • WILD MUSHROOM, GINGER & EGG
    Sautéed wild mushrooms, cep purée, ginger toast and poached duck egg.

Mains

  • LAMB, APRICOT & TOMATO
    Moroccan spiced braised shoulder of lamb, rump and lamb belly, apricot purée, spiced tomato chutney.
  • COD, CHEDDAR & EGG
    Roasted cod loin glazed with grain mustard rarebit, creamed spinach and poached hen’s egg.
  • GOAT’S CHEESE, ORANGE & CHICORY
    Goat’s cheese, pepper and marmalade pithivier, charred chicory and orange salad, salsa verde.

Desserts

  • BANANA, PEANUT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE
    Warm milk chocolate banana and bread, peanut butter mousse, caramelised bananas.
  • RASPBERRIES, WHISKEY & OATS
    Auchentoshan-infused vanilla panna cotta, raspberry jelly, oat and honey biscuits, raspberry sorbet.
  • GOLDEN SYRUP, GINGER & VANILLA
    Warm treacle tart, ginger ice cream, vanilla custard.
