Popup Nights in Dalton

Join us for an exciting end to the week filled with bubbles, fun, and an incredible dining experience. Enjoy an evening of special treats, refreshing drinks, and a great community vibe—all set to make your time with us memorable.

It is £50.00 per person and we ask for a £5 per person deposit.

Pop Up July Menu

Starters

  • Duck, Parma ham and vegetables’
    Confit duck and smoked duck breast terrine wrapped in Parma ham, pickled vegetables and toasted brioche
  • Mullet, peppers and tomato
    Pan fried red mullet, roasted pepper and tomato terrine, pesto sauce.
  • Beetroot, caraway and citrus
    Beetroot pannacotta, pickled and roasted beets, citrus gel and beetroot and caraway bread.

Mains

  • Chicken, truffle and carrot
    Roasted corn fed chicken supreme stuffed with a truffle mousse, pickled carrots,
    pomme-anna, crispy chicken skin
  • Seabass, potato and crab
    Steamed fillet of seabags, lemon and chive infused new potatoes, crab beignet. Vierge sauce
  • Brioche, ginger and egg
    Ginger infused French toast, roasted butternut squash puree, squash and feta and chickpea salad, crispy hens egg

Desserts

  • Chocolate, hazelnut and raspberry
    Dark chocolate Delice with raspberry and mint salad raspberry sorbet.
  • Sticky toffee pudding
    Our own sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
  • Apple, caramel and vanilla
    Apple tart-Tatin, vanilla custard
